Stellarium is a planetarium for your computer. It shows a realistic sky in 3D, just like what you see with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope, with realistic atmosphere, sunrise and sunset. It features over 120,000 stars from the Hipparcos catalogue with associated information.
Writes settings to: Application folder
How to extract: Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice. Copy the file "data\default_config.ini" to the application folder and rename it to "config.ini" (thanks to Lupo73 for the hint). Launchstellarium.exe
