Sylpheed is a fast email and news client, with support for SMTP, POP3, IMAP4 and NNTP. It handles multiple mail accounts, threaded display, junk mail filtering, Security options (GnuPG, SSL/TLSv1), GPG integration, search, etc.

How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Create an empty subfolder called profile in that folder, and launch the program using "sylpheed.exe --configdir profile".
