PhotoFiltre is a complete image editing/retouching program. It allows you to perform both simple and advanced adjustments to an image, as well as apply a vast range of effects and filters.

How to extract: Download the installer and extract to a folder of your choice. Move everything from $_OUTDIR to the main folder. Then delete $_OUTDIR, $PLUGINSDIR and [NSIS].nsi. Launch PhotoFiltre.exe.
You may also wish to download the extra plugins, selections, masks and patterns from the application website and unzip them directly into the program folder.
