Xpadder V2008.1

Xpadder assigns keystrokes to your gamepad, giving you the ability to use your gamepad with any application you want (including older games with poor or no gamepad support such as DOS games). It also supports multiple gamepads, so playing multiplayer games with individual gamepads is a breeze. Combine this program's powerful features with its intuitive design and the result is an application that no one owning a gamepad should be without.

Writes settings to: Application folder, though some editing of the .ini file is necessary for complete portability.

How to extract: Download the zip package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking XPadder.exe. Run the application and close it, then edit the Xpadder.ini file located in the application's folder and replace all paths with relative equivalents. This will also be necessary if new controllers are added, as recent controllers and multiple controllers will be saved with absolute paths. Hopefully in a future version relative paths can be an optional default.

Path portability: Requires manual entry of relative path (eg. ..\..\personal\work.doc)

License: Free for personal use

System Requirements: Win98 / WinME / Win2K / WinXP / Vista
