How to extract: There are two ways to extract rulesPlayer. If you have a recent copy of mplayer and its codecs, simply download the ZIP package for rulesPlayer and extract to a folder of your choice. Then place your copy of mplayer in a subfolder called mplayer under that folder.

Otherwise, if you don't have a copy of mplayer, or you want to use a more updated version, download the rulesPlayer installer and install to the default folder. During installation, make sure Check for latest MPlayer version and download it is selected. For codecs, select Download essential codecs. After installation, copy all files except src and rulesuninstall.exe to a folder of your choice. Finally, uninstall the program.
