UK's Kalender is a personal calendar that sits in the system tray and reminds you of upcoming events or deadlines. Events can be displayed in weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly view. They can also be organized into different categories with their own settings. Documents or programs can be attached to an event so that they are automatically launched when the event fires. Remarkably it allows to share the calendar in a network (Multiuser).

GanttPV is a project management tool which can be used to manage project schedules and team performance. It schedules any number of projects and captures the tasks for each project along with task estimates, durations, dependencies and start dates. For each task it calculates the end date, free float, and total float. It is also able to create gantt charts by day, week, month, or quarter or any combination.

How to extract: Download the installer and install to the default folder C:\Program Files\GanttPV. Then copy all files (except unins000.exe and unins000.dat) to a folder of your choice. Finally, uninstall the program. Launch the program by double-clicking on GanttPV.exe.

ToDoList is a hierarchical task manager with native XML support for custom reporting. It allows you to repeatedly sub-divide your tasks into more manageable pieces, which makes it ideal for IT related projects as well as more general activities.

Stickies is Post-it notes for your PC. The appearance of stickies can be customised; fonts, colours and buttons may be changed, and styles saved. They can be resized, or snapped to each others edges to keep them lined up. They can also be hidden for a certain period, until a specified date and time, or to wake every day, week or month, to act as reminders.

How to extract: Download the installer and install to the default folder. Then copy all files (except instlog.lsl) to a folder of your choice. Finally, uninstall the program. Before you run the program, create an empty file called stickies.ini in the application folder (otherwise the INI file will be written to the user profile folder). Open Contacts is an address book program that allows you to manage and lookup contact information of individuals, departments and organizations, and to manage relationships between them. Along with predefined fields, you can add customized data fields grouped by sections, and also customized "actions" (developers and advanced users). You can also attach photos and files, and search through any data field in the database. It can selectively import/export from/to the major PIM packages. Multi-user access is possible in a LAN environment using true client/server architecture.
