Halite is a BitTorrent client that is still in early development. It supports global/per-torrent connection/transfer rate limits, trackerless torrents, IP filtering, minimize to tray with transfer rate summary etc.

How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch Halite.exe.
